Emmanuel is CEO and Head of Sales and Pre-Sales at VP Media Solutions. He is responsible for the strategic vision, business roadmap and sales strategy of the company. He oversees the management of the sales and pre-sales teams, supplier relationships and contract negotiations. Prior to his current position within the company, Emmanuel was a Solutions Architect and Workflow Consultant, and then a Sales Manager, positions he held from 2002 up to 2015.
Before joining VP Media Solutions, Emmanuel held several roles within the media, film and broadcast industry with companies such as VRT, FilmNet Television/SuperSport (later Canal+) and Vogue Trading Video.
Emmanuel has a broad range of skills and years of experience working in broadcast and production companies: He graduated in 1993 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Imagery (film, video, and photo) and began his career as a news cameraman for a local Belgian TV channel. Very soon he was involved in news editing, post-production editing, and vision mixing. In 1995 a new sports channel was founded in Belgium: Super Sports. Emmanuel was part of the initial technical team that started the channel and he also worked as an editor in video and audio post-production. In 1998 he started directing live shows and was responsible for the final channel continuity. At VRT (from 1998 to 2002) he was responsible for editing linear and non-linear video for news, entertainment shows, and documentaries and worked as a channel playout operator. While at VRT, a documentary he edited won the Dexia Press Award in 2002.

Lode joined VP Media Solutions in 1997 and is now Head of Sales & Support. He is responsible for the support team, after-sales and customer care services, including the management of 7/7 year-round support contracts for international customers.
His career began as a support engineer and then support manager at Belcomp where he serviced terminals and printers for Mainframes. That time coincided with the launch of the first IBM Personal Computers. Belcomp sold and supported peripherals like optical and magnetic disks, tape drives, networking, and so forth. Following this role, Lode went on to work as support manager for Tritech and Comperex and in 1997 he became a freelance engineer for several companies, including Video Promotion (former name of VP Media Solutions).
During his career, Lode has supported the first Windows, Unix and Linux based editing tools, graphics stations, video servers and archiving systems. As project engineer, he deployed the first playout automations and tapeless workflows at several customer locations in Europe. He also installed 95% of the Broadcast Tape Library Archiving system in Belux with workflow designs and integration of several MAM/PAM systems. In addition to providing support for traditional media and production services and archiving, Lode and his team also support the growing Video over IP, Video streaming, IPTV and OTT services.
Lode is a qualified Computer & Electronics Engineer and over the years has undertaken numerous trainings and received industry recognised certificates from leading IT and media organisations. He speaks fluent Dutch, English and French.

Bruno joined VP Media Solutions in 2007 and is now Head of Administration and Finance. He manages all the company’s administrative and financial activities, including financial planning, management of financial risks, record-keeping, financial reporting, auditing, controlling and tender responses.
He has been involved in the administration and financial controlling of several businesses active within the broadcast media and IT sectors since the year 2000. He is also the founder of a financial consulting company which is still active today.
Bruno graduated from the Solvay Business School as a Commercial Engineer in 1989 and joined Price Waterhouse Coopers, as a junior financial auditor that same year. After 5 years’ experience, he worked as a visiting teacher for the Universidad de Costa Rica, where he taught Accounting and finance within the School of industrial engineers, as well as working on several projects. Upon returning to Europe he joined SULZER INFRA S.A. as administrative and financial director, a position he held for four years.
