Emmanuel is CEO and Head of Sales and Pre-Sales at VP Media Solutions. He is responsible for the strategic vision, business roadmap and sales strategy of the company. He oversees the management of the sales and pre-sales teams, supplier relationships and contract negotiations. Prior to his current position within the company, Emmanuel was a Solutions Architect and Workflow Consultant, and then a Sales Manager, positions he held from 2002 up to 2015.

Before joining VP Media Solutions, Emmanuel held several roles within the media, film and broadcast industry with companies such as VRT, FilmNet Television/SuperSport (later Canal+) and Vogue Trading Video.

Emmanuel has a broad range of skills and years of experience working in broadcast and production companies: He graduated in 1993 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Imagery (film, video, and photo) and began his career as a news cameraman for a local Belgian TV channel. Very soon he was involved in news editing, post-production editing, and vision mixing. In 1995 a new sports channel was founded in Belgium: Super Sports. Emmanuel was part of the initial technical team that started the channel and he also worked as an editor in video and audio post-production. In 1998 he started directing live shows and was responsible for the final channel continuity. At VRT (from 1998 to 2002) he was responsible for editing linear and non-linear video for news, entertainment shows, and documentaries and worked as a channel playout operator. While at VRT, a documentary he edited won the Dexia Press Award in 2002.

Emmanuel speaks Dutch, French, and English fluently.

Adeline joined VP Media Solutions at the end of 2023 and currently serves as the Head of Administration and Finance (CFO). In this role, she is responsible for overseeing the company’s human resources, legal affairs, and financial operations. Her responsibilities mainly include financial planning, financial risk management, record-keeping, financial reporting, auditing, financial control, and handling tender responses.

She graduated from the ICHEC Brussels Management School as a Commercial Engineer in 2015. Following her graduation, she joined KPMG as an Auditor, where she spent eight years, two of which were as a Manager. Simultaneously, Adeline pursued an Executive Master’s degree in Tax Management at the Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management.

Adeline is fluent in French, Dutch, and English. Additionally, she has a basic understanding of Spanish.
